Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we accept purchase orders. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

In what currency will we be charged?

All orders are charged in Canadian dollars. 

 

Do I have to pay for support or maintenance?

Our scanners come with a one year guarantee warranty for parts and labour.  You also have the option of purchasing an extended warranty.

 

What type of warranties do you provide?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping within Canada takes between 2-5 business days.

How much does your reporting software cost? 

The DataLink Connect reporting software is cost and license-free to install and use on any computer. You can find more information here.

 

Do I have to pay an annual charge for your software?

No, the DataLink Connect reporting software is offered free of charge with no expiration date. 

 

How much are software licenses?

There is no limit on the amount of computers that can install the DataLink Connect at your school. No individual licenses need to be purchased.

 

Can you provide me with a full pricing list to compare your prices with Scantron?

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping within Canada is always free! You will also not be charged for any brokerage or customs fees.

Do you rent or lease scanners?

We do not rent scanners, but we do offer a 30-day risk-free trial if you would like to test out any of our scanners. Learn more here.

 

How much can we expect to save by purchasing our forms through CAMtria?

On average, CAMtria customers save between 35%-45% on forms when they make the switch to our Scantron-compatible forms. Not only do our forms cost nearly half the price of those sold by Scantron, you will also save money on shipping (which is free with CAMtria) as well as brokerage and customs fees (since we ship our products to you from our Canadian-based warehouse). Since our prices are in Canadian dollars, prices will remain stable throughout the year, instead of fluctuating with the value of the American dollar. Do you really offer free scanners?

If you’re not yet a CAMtria customer, chances are, you are currently using Scantron scanners and forms - and therefore have an agreement with them to order a minimum number of forms per year. Our “Free Scanner” package (which includes one DataLink scanner and 10 packs of forms, along with free shipping and reporting software) is priced low enough to be the equivalent of a year's worth of forms under the average Scantron contract by a Canadian educational institution. Therefore, you are receiving a free scanner for the same amount you typically spent on a year’s worth of forms. 

 

If we start to order from CAMtria, won’t we just be entering into a new contract?

No contracts! You simply order what you need when you need it.

 

How many forms do we need to purchase from you if we order one of your scanners?

None! We don’t impose any minimum purchase requirements on our customers. Order as many or as few as you need.
